As you gaze out through the large bay windows that offer views to the west, listen to the excellent pianist and harpist as you sample the exquisite menu of curry dusted west coast scallops with cauliflower, golden raisin and coriander, followed by roasted veal sweetbreads with macaroni, stuffed with a cep duxelle, parmesan crust and Perigord truffle.
