Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

Gleneagles is set in a beautiful 850-acre estate in the Perthshire countryside, approximately an hour’s drive from both Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Rooms at Gleneagles

The elegant rooms and suites combine the individuality of an intimate hotel with the facilities of a grand resort. The rooms range from the beautifully appointed inner-facing Classic Rooms to the Estate Rooms, which are quintessentially Gleneagles and offer supreme luxury, with king-size beds and wonderful estate views.

Food & Drink

Inspired by the pick of the field, wood, river and sea, dining in Scotland's only two-Michelin-star restaurant is an experience in itself. Restaurant Andrew Fairlie offers a menu that blends the best of French and Scottish cooking, tying the meal together with an emphasis on outstanding ingredients and fine local suppliers. A highlight among the many courses is the signature smoked lobster, with its intense smokiness coming from a 12-hour infusion over whiskey barrels.

Facilities

Relax and unwind in the gorgeous spa, which is a haven of wellness and tranquillity. Treat yourself to a signature treatment before heading to the healthy café. There is also a state-of-the-art gym, two indoor pools and an outdoor thermal pool - as well as 850 acres of a magnificent outdoor playground, right on the doorstep!

Activities at Gleneagles

With three renowned championship golf courses, hire some clubs and walk across the generous fairways and big greens to play a fantastic round as the course offers an exciting challenge for all handicaps. For adults and children who want to do more than play golf in Scotland, there is horse riding, fishing and many other country pursuits to try.
