Baur au Lac’s elegant rooms reach up to 100 sqm in size and have been designed with Art Deco, English Regency and French Louis XVI styles in mind, and all furnishings have been custom-made in France, Belgium, England and Germany. Ensuite bathrooms are clad in marble and feature under-floor heating.

Savour the fine dining scene at Michelin-starred Pavillon, headed up by chef Laurent Eperon who whips up fresh, dynamic and contemporary fare, interpreting classic haute cuisine with a 21st century flair.
