Rooms at CERVO

With the central chalet housing the restaurant, lounge and bar, the 36 rooms, divided into five chalets, can be booked separately or as a whole. Using natural colours and a minimalist style, the light wood rooms all have stunning views of the Swiss Alps. Each house has its own spa area with steam room, sauna and outdoor Jacuzzi, whilst the Master Suites have living rooms, convertible sofas and a dining room with kitchenette.

Food and facilities

The central chalet is the hub, buzzing with great stories of recent treks and trails. Housing the main restaurant, which serves mainly regional and seasonal produce, sample the delicious dishes with Northern Italian twists in the central chalet before spending the wee hours socialising after a full day of peak traversing, encouraged by the romantic candle-lit rooms. Alternatively, you can find some peace and quiet on the sunny terraces or in the Jacuzzi, both with fantastic views of the iconic mountain.

Hiking and biking is the order of the day here, with an irresistible landscape that begs to be explored. However, if you want a break from all the action, the village is a delight to explore, with chic boutiques, tasty restaurants and delicious cocktail bars.
