First up is Barcelona, one of Spain's most beautiful cities, where you'll stay at the Grand Hotel Central. Stroll along Las Ramblas, hit the beach - which is easily accessible from the city - or check out the countless galleries and museums, boutique shops, bars and many excellent restaurants. Don't miss the unique Sagrada Familia and the many other Gaudi masterpieces around the city, including Parc Guell. At sunset, enjoy cocktails, live music and panoramic views on the Grand Hotel's rooftop terrace.

4 nightsIBIZA TOWN

Next up is Spain’s party capital, the island of Ibiza, where you'll be staying at the chic Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay, where you can enjoy sea views from your room. This hotel certainly has the wow factor - it is owned by none other than Robert de Niro, and is a showcase of design flair and contemporary style. Unwind by the beachfront pool or on the sands, and dine on gourmet Japanese fusion cuisine courtesy of acclaimed chef Nobu Matsuhisa.

For those who want to party, hit the big clubs, or if you prefer something a little different, soak up the history of Ibiza Town, go on a hike or a bike ride around the island's beautiful landscapes.
