Set on the south side of the island, Menorca Experimental is surrounded by fragrant pine groves and wildflowers, nestled in the secluded area of Calas Covas.

The hotel comprises of 9 private villas and 34 rooms, each with its own view over the Menorcan landscape of glistening Mediterranean. The interiors feature pale olive woods and minimalist white walls, brought to life with colours inspired by the Menorcan sky – soft blues and warm yellows of the early morning and deep oranges of the sunset.

The villas are perfect for more intimate seclusion, each with their own dipping pool and tranquil gardens.

Food & Drink

Known for its exquisite cocktail creations and delicious culinary masterpieces, Experimental’s restaurant and bar takes a relaxed and sophisticated approach in its Menorca location. The design of the bar embraces a subtle serenity of nature with bamboo bar stools, and a carefully selected wine list offers some of the finest from the region and further afield.

Many of the ingredients for the restaurant dishes come from the hotel’s own garden, with an emphasis on fresh and seasonal produce.


Menorca Experimental offers a range of classes for guests at the hotel – stretch out any aching muscles with a yoga session, or release your inner artist with a pottery or painting class.

Activities at Menorca Experimental
