Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

Cap Vermell Grand Hotel is situated in Canyamel Valley, a typically beautiful Mediterranean valley in the east of Mallorca. Dotted across the area are plentiful wineries and pine tree-covered hills, and over at the coast there are several pretty beaches.

Rooms at Cap Vermell Grand Hotel

The rooms and suites are all spacious and tranquil, with calming neutral tones and traditional tiled floors found throughout. Luxurious marble bathrooms, tasteful artwork and plush furniture create an air of elegance and each room and suite also has a terrace and garden area, complete with breathtaking valley vistas.

Food & Drink

Taste authentic cuisine at the hotel’s four unique restaurants. The Balearic restaurant, where breakfast is also served, is the culinary heart of the hotel, and specialises in local Mallorcan cuisine. For a fine dining experience and locally-inspired set menus presided over by a Michelin-star chef, head to VORO, and enjoy aromatic Asian flavours in the terraced garden at the Asia restaurant.

If you're after a relaxed, chilled-out dining experience, the Tapas Bar is your go to, where you can enjoy freshly-prepared Spanish dishes and innovative cocktails on the terrace.

Facilities

You will never run out of things to do at Cap Vermell Grand Hotel, with three outdoor pools as well as a children's pool, tennis courts, a 24-hour fitness centre and the tranquil Serenitas Spa (which has a quartz sand bed which takes the shape of your body and induces deep relaxation) all at your disposal.

Guests can also enjoy complimentary access to the Cap Vermell Country Club, where there is a semi-Olympic indoor pool, an outdoor pool, tennis courts, a restaurant and a range of fitness classes on offer.

Or, of course, you could simply soak up the sun and enjoy the views from the many gardens and terraces.
