Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

Finca Cortesin is near Casares, away from the crowds of Malaga and Marbella, on a 215-hectare estate. Situated less than a mile from the nearest beach and surrounded by nature, it is the dream location for country escapes.

Rooms at Finca Cortesin

This haven of luxury has beautifully designed and elegantly decorated suites set around two palatial courtyards, with spacious, light-filled bedrooms with high ceilings, huge marble bathrooms and separate living areas, alongside private patios or terraces with lovely views. Fresh, hand-cut flowers add an additional touch and a burst of colour.

Food & Drink

Foodies will love the exquisite and creative Japanese inventions on offer at Rei, the hotel’s signature restaurant, featuring high-quality seafood and fresh ingredients grown in the hotel’s own gardens. There’s a decadent choice of local Spanish cuisine on the menu at El Jardin de Lutz, where you can dine on the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, or savour the award-winning Italian flair at Don Giovanni, which brings the authentic tastes of Italy to Andalucia, served with an innovative twist. Enjoy classic cocktails and Spanish tapas in the elegant Blue Bar.

Facilities

Golf fanatics will enjoy the 18-hole course and can improve their skills at the renowned Jack Nicklaus Academy, and as if one 30-metre swimming pool was not enough, there is also an Olympic-sized 50-metre pool. The fabulous spa offers pampering treatments and there's even a unique "snow room" for when the steam room or sauna get too hot! Aside from the golf, pools and spa, there is also tennis, a shopping gallery and several restaurants on the estate, and you can relax in the lush gardens. In fact, there is no need to leave!

Activities at Finca Cortesin

However, if you can bear to tear yourself away from all that comfort and luxury, a complimentary shuttle bus will take you to the impressive Beach Club, conveniently located at Bahia de Casares just 1.5km from the hotel. There is yet another spectacular 35m infinity pool here, as well as a restaurant directly on the beach, offering fresh local seafood and rice dishes.
