With a view of the mountains, Seaside Grand Hotel Residencia is located in a palm tree oasis and sits near the local lagoon where you can see many birds making their long migratory journey to Africa. As the name suggests, the hotel also lies within a short walking distance of the beach.

There are nearly 100 rooms and suites in two-storey villas, showcasing the best of Gran Canarian style in a stylish home away from home. There are spacious and colourful bedrooms and living areas with elegant wooden furniture, bathrooms with whirlpool baths and handmade tiles, and balconies and terraces overlooking the pool and the lush tropical gardens. The presidential suite has its own private garden.
