Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

Located on a spit at the end of the long Passeig Joan de Borbó, next to Barceloneta Beach.

Rooms at the W Barcelona

The tower hosts almost 500 rooms, each with panoramic views over the Mediterranean and city of Barcelona. Inside, they are decorated in shades designed to reflect the beach, and feature a chaise lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows, products from the hotel’s spa, and the W’s trademark Munchie Box of nibbles.

Food & Drink

The Michelin starred Bravo24 features Spanish specialties and traditional tapas to share, while Wave Mediterranean restaurant caters to a more international palate, and Salt channels the flavours of California from its beachfront position. Enjoy your late night tipple at the slick Eclipse Bar, which takes in the sights of Barcelona from its position on the hotel’s 26th floor and attracts a young crowd who come to enjoy its regular DJ sets.

Facilities

As well as a 24 hour fitness centre, the hotel features a Bliss Spa and a private infinity pool to allow for maximum relaxation. For those guests looking for something a little more upbeat there is also a WET deck with a pool and bar, and live DJs in the evenings. To make it a real VIP experience hire out one of three private cabanas and relax with friends while taking in the views of the sea and Barceloneta beach.

Activities at the W Barcelona

The W’s position away from Barcelona’s centre means it’s perfect for some relaxation during your stay. Opt for a sunset stroll along the beach, or, if you want to explore Barcelona’s big attractions, a short shuttle bus ride takes you to and from the city centre.
