Head to the Club del Doge restaurant for gourmet dishes such as Venetian cicchetti (tapas) and tagliolini pasta with caviar from Venice- learn how to make them yourself at the hotel’s epicurean school, including visits to local markets for fresh, seasonal ingredients.
