Rooms at Belmond Villa Sant'Andrea

Belmond Villa Sant'Andrea has 60 elegant rooms and suites, the majority of which look out over the beach and pristine waters of the private Bay of Mazzarò. Most rooms feature expansive balconies and terraces, equipped with tables and chairs so that guests can enjoy an al fresco breakfast overlooking the sparkling sea. Connecting rooms, perfect for families and groups, and rooms with disabled access are available on request.

Food and facilities

Dressed up for dinner on the terrace, with views of the Bay of Mazzarò: dining at Belmond Villa Sant'Andrea is an elegant and timeless experience. Freshly caught seafood is naturally the speciality, but they are also known for their innovative takes on Mediterranean classics – all topped off in the evenings with live music under the stars. During the summer, you can enjoy a light lunch by the beach, choosing from salads and pastas, and locally caught shellfish cooked to order over a charcoal fire. In order to maintain the relaxed elegant feel, there’s a separate part of the beach for children, and a kids’ club tucked away in the gardens.

Activities at Belmond Villa Sant'Andrea

Encircled by a rocky promontory, the peaceful cove at Belmond Villa Sant'Andrea is great for snorkelling, diving and water-sports, and beside it is a gorgeous infinity pool which basks in a total sun-trap. There’s also a complimentary boat-trip to blue-glistening caves, and a medieval castle, but for real drama head up to cliff-top Taormina (taking a cable-car does sound awfully romantic, but if you want to avoid the tourists, Belmond Villa Sant'Andrea offers a shuttle service instead). Here you can sip a cappuccino on the winding streets whilst enjoying the most stunning views possible of Mount Etna and the sweeping coastline. Then, after picking up unique finds in the stylish boutiques, you can head back to the Wellness Centre at Belmond Villa Sant'Andrea and immerse yourself in one of their signature treatments.
