Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

Capri Palace Jumeirah is located in Anacapri, overlooking the Isle of Ischia, with gorgeous views of the Bay of Naples. A helicopter or private speedboat transfer from Naples is just the ticket for those who wish to arrive in style!

Rooms at Capri Palace Jumeirah

The elegant rooms and suites are exquisitely decorated in Mediterranean-inspired style with soothing colour palettes of white, cream and beige and featuring touches such as black marble and handcrafted locally-made ceramic tiles. Some have private gardens or pools, while others have balconies with sweeping views over the Bay of Naples and the surrounding landscapes.

Looking for something special? Book one of the Art Suites, which are inspired by renowned 20th-century painters, or one of the suites dedicated to glamorous Hollywood starlets such as Marilyn Monroe and Maria Callas - our favourite is the Presidential Paltrow suite, a giant penthouse with its own private swimming pool set in a Mediterranean roof garden.

Food & Drink

Dine at two Michelin-starred restaurant L’Olivo: this is a real treat for all foodies, with Mediterranean cuisine crafted by local chefs - we recommend the lip-smacking spaghetti alle vongole or the seafood tartare. Tuck in while admiring the views over the Bay of Naples.

Il Riccio is a sleek cliffside restaurant overlooking the famous Blue Grotto, with a stone staircase leading to the sea. It also has a Michelin star - naturally, and offers fantastic fresh seafood as well as irresistible Neapolitan desserts from the aptly-named Temptation Room.

Enjoy a delightful al fresco lunch at the Zuma Capri, serving contemporary Japanese cuisine and masterfully prepared cocktails, or at Bistro Ragu where you can savour exquisite Italian classics while admiring the stunning Gulf of Naples.

Sample some of the vintages from the impressive wine cellar, and in the evening, catch live music at Bar degli Artisti while enjoying cocktails and canapés and admiring the art, or head to the Il Riccio Sea Lounge to take in the sunset, accompanied by the smooth sounds of the DJ.

Facilities

One of Europe’s best spas, the hotel's award-winning spa offers an extensive selection of personalised therapies and treatments, based on a wellness philosophy which combines the best of eastern and western traditions, and is perfect for some indulgent pampering. Cool off in the inviting pool perched above the cliff, lined with colourful mosaic tiles or soak up the sun at the chic Il Riccio Beach Club.

Explore Capri Palace Jumeirah's art collection which has been beautifully curated inside the common areas of the hotel, forming the unique in-house White Museum.

Activities at Capri Palace Jumeirah

Take a day charter on one of the hotel’s sleek yachts to explore the limestone cliffs and coves along the coast, and find your own perfect swimming spot, or hop aboard a traditional wooden gozzo boat for a cruise to the Blue Grotto.

Back on land, make like a local and hire a scooter to whizz around the island, or ascend the chairlift to the highest point on Capri for exceptional views. Shop in the high-end boutiques of Capri, or in Anacapri for high-quality handicrafts, and come back in time for one of the fabulous treatments at the spa.
