Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

Tower Suites rises high over the Reykjavik skyline, and is an elegant contemporary retreat with fantastic views over the city and the sea. It is a 20-minute walk into the centre of Reykjavik.

Rooms at Tower Suites

With panoramas over Reykjavik and the mountains and ocean on either side, you’d be forgiven for never averting your gaze from your room’s floor-to-ceiling windows. But the view on the inside is worth a look too, with a luxurious contemporary Nordic design, beautiful marble bathrooms, and a sophisticated urban colour palette of whites, blacks and greys.

All the accommodation is suites, so you can expect plenty of space and comfortable seating areas, where you can take in the view from stylish sofas and chairs – or even through your suite’s very own telescope.

Food & Drink

An organic breakfast is delivered to your suite each morning by Happ, an acclaimed Icelandic health food restaurant; expect fresh fruits, homemade yoghurt, granola and all manner of other guilt-free goodies to help you get your day off to the right start. For lunch and dinner, we will happily help you make reservations at Reykjavik’s finest restaurants, many of which, like the acclaimed Resto, are walkable from the hotel.

Facilities

Guests at Tower Suites enjoy access to the nearby Laugar Spa, where you’ll find steam rooms, saunas, and no end of wellness and beauty therapies to help you relax.

Activities at Tower Suites

Reykjavik is a small city which punches above its weight to deliver fantastic cultural and historical attractions. History buffs will be fascinated by Hofdi, where Reagan and Gorbachev took important steps towards the end of the Cold War.

Meanwhile, the iconic Hallgrimskirkja church, one of the tallest buildings in Iceland, is seriously impressive, and don’t miss the chance to experience the city’s thriving contemporary culture either, with modern art on display at the Hafnarhus and no end of buzzing bars and clubs along Laugevegur, the main street.
