Katikies Manis is set on a hilltop overlooking the sea, surrounded by an olive tree estate and near to the picturesque coastal villages of Kardamili and Stoupa.

Rooms at Katikies Manis

The property consists of four villas made of organic materials including wood and stone. Each are tastefully decorated in soft, neutral shades, in keeping with the natural beauty of the area, and are equipped with modern comforts including air conditioning and a kitchenette.

Choose from the Superior, Deluxe or VIP apartments, offering one or two bedrooms, or the Mini Maisonette with interior staircase leading to an elevated bedroom with magnificent sea views. Each unit is spacious and airy and offers a private sea-facing veranda, plus an open fire to keep cosy on chilly evenings outside of the summer months.

Food & Drink

Venture into the charming village of Kardamili, a 10-minute drive away, to dine on authentic Mani cuisine at one of the waterfront tavernas, each with its own ambience and culinary style. Many of the tasty dishes served feature produce grown in local gardens and specialties of the region include coal-grilled snapper and simple yet delicious souvlaki.

Facilities

Katikies Manis offers an open-air sitting area for laid-back evenings spent watching the sun set, and there is also a barbecue if you fancy preparing dinner in the garden.

Activities at Katikies Manis

Two beaches can be found within 200 metres of the property. Delfinia beach offers a bay of pebbles and sand and is a popular spot for snorkelling, while pebbly Foneas is a hidden favourite.

The Vyros Gorge, just north of Kardamili, is very popular with hikers, and there are a number of well-marked paths that lead through rural villages to Byzantine churches.

The Mani’s surrounding mountain villages are ripe for exploration, or why not pay a visit to Diros Cave near Areopolis and enter by boat to view the cavern’s stalactites and stalagmites?
