Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

Amanzoe is near the town of Porto Heli, on the beautiful east coast of the Peloponnese. Nestled in olive groves overlooking the Aegean, you can enjoy panoramic 360-degree views over the countryside, the rocky coves and the sea.

Rooms at Amanzoe

While strikingly modern and contemporary, with a minimalist vibe, the hotel’s design is influenced by classical Greek architecture such as hilltop citadels. And as with the ancient Greeks, everything is beautiful here, epitomising the height of luxury.

The secluded and spacious villas and pavilions sit on a scenic hillside, guaranteeing lovely views, and feature marble and stone walls and floors, with king-sized beds set in marble alcoves, and his and hers bathrooms in marble and oak. The private terraces have traditional dry stone walls, with Grecian columns and cornices.

Families and groups will love the amazing villas, offering both ultimate privacy and all the facilities of the resort. Each villa sits on more than half a hectare (1.24 acres), one with four bedrooms and the other with six bedrooms. Each one is arranged around a large private swimming pool lined with local green marble and set into an expansive terrace of antique Sinai pearl stone from Egypt. The bedroom pavilions have spacious bathrooms and private relaxation areas. Each villa also features a large living room, a media/entertainment room, a massage room, a dining pavilion, an outdoor dining terrace and a fully-equipped kitchen. Staff including a cook and a housekeeper take care of all your needs.

Food & Drink

Indoors, the living room and its bar are ideal spots for light meals and aperitifs, while outside, you can dine on exquisite fare on the terrace or by the pool, and don’t miss the Fireplace, an outdoor lounge that’s perfect for a cocktail at sunset or a nightcap under the stars.

Facilities

The Aman Spa, with its tempting treatment rooms and hammams, is set within walled gardens, and the main swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace, while there are also tennis courts and a beautiful yoga pavilion - health and wellness are big on the agenda here.

Activities at Amanzoe

Further afield, the bars and tavernas of Porto Heli are a mere ten minutes away, there are numerous fascinating archaeological sites nearby, such as ancient amphitheatres and Byzantine monasteries, and the pretty islands of Spetses and Hydra are easily accessible by boat and well worth a visit - tours can be arranged.
