The restaurant and bar sit beside the infinity pool, which merges with the Aegean on the horizon. The all-day menu is a blend of Greek and Mediterranean offerings - begin the day with a traditional breakfast of yoghurt and honey, cold cuts and freshly-baked bread, before tucking into Greek salad, traditional meat gyros or fresh seafood dishes at lunch and dinner.
