Helmed by Chef Fabien Fage, the hotel’s delicious Michelin-starred restaurant showcases local specialities, such as duck foie gras from the Landes and Gariguette strawberries from Nimes, which you can savour outside among the colourful trees and flowers or in the dining room, draped in Italian Dedar curtains and ornamented by a large period fireplace.
