The rooms and suites are plush and luxurious, featuring locally-crafted furnishings and gorgeous views over the flower-filled gardens and beyond. Some come with four-poster beds, large marble bathrooms and sea-facing balconies or verandas. Anassa's outstanding restaurants use homegrown organic produce and vibrant, seasonal flavours in their delicious menus. The hotel makes its own cheese, bread, pastries, jams and sauces. Wake up to a buffet breakfast by the sea at Amphora, and for lunch, tuck into fresh seafood and mezze by the pool at Pelagos.

In the evening, dine on French-Mediterranean cuisine on the olive tree-filled terrace at the Helios restaurant, accompanied by harp and piano music, or enjoy candlelit dining on the terrace at Basiliko, which offers a delicious fusion of Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. End the day with a cocktail at one of the inviting bars.
