There are 11 rooms and suites at Vestibul Palace: cool and contemporary, with original stone walls from their days as Diocletian’s chambers. All the rooms are packed with character, but if you want a little more space, stay in the Luxury Suites which have a glass mezzanine level.

Food and facilities

Breakfast is served in the bright, airy atrium or outside in the peaceful courtyard, and later on in their restaurant Diocles you can enjoy traditional Mediterranean dishes with a strong Dalmation influence. Vestibul Palace can also prepare you personalised dishes which you can request in advance.

Activities at Vestibul Palace

The buzzing main square is a wonderful place to relax with a coffee, and if you’re lucky you may see the klapa (groups of local opera singers who perform a capella). You can also explore the markets in the city basements where you’ll see original Roman architecture, before heading to the waterfront with its excellent bars and restaurants.
