Food and facilities

With award winning chef, Manfred Stufler, commanding the gourmet restaurant, Zirbelzimmer welcomes you with its traditional wood panelled walls and ceiling and its succulent courses. Try the escalope of milk fed veal, “Viennese style”, breaded and pan fried in butter oil with parsley potatoes and mixed leaf salad. For something more low-key, try the rustic burgers at the laid-back Salzachgrill or sample the international cuisine in the traditional Roter Salon. After dinner, retreat to the Sacher Bar’s terrace for a cocktail at sunset.
