Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

Tin Tub Luxury Lodge overlooks Lake Wanaka, just over 2km from Wanaka town.

Rooms at Tin Tub Luxury Lodge

The rooms are tastefully decorated with neutral tones and wooden finishes, like the vaulted ceilings and armoires, and have large windows leading to private terraces. The bathrooms feature Jacuzzi baths, separate showers and ‘his and hers’ sinks. The Classic rooms also have large sliding doors which open onto private balconies.

Food & drink

Enjoy a cooked or continental breakfast in the homely dining area, and for other meals the town of Wanaka has plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Facilities

The lodge has a solar-heated outdoor pool, a tennis court, a sauna and a gym. We love the outdoor terraces, allowing you to soak up the sun and the views.

Activities at Tin Tub Luxury Lodge

There’s no shortage of activities to try your hand at in Wanaka: from biking and trekking to fishing and wine tasting. Grab some mountain bikes from the hotel and set off into the countryside; heli-ski from the lodge to the nearby mountains; or get an adrenaline high by skydiving over Lake Wanaka – this is one of the best places in the world for it!
