Rooms at Flagstaff Lodge

Each of the four en suite rooms at Flagstaff Lodge are spacious, contemporary and decorated in calming chocolate browns, terracotta reds and crisp whites. Rooms feature French doors that open onto private verandas, with bay views, super king size beds, luxurious glass-tiled bathrooms and deep, sunken outdoor bathtubs. We particularly loved the Strand Room for its traditional feel and elegant fabrics.

Food and facilities

Ruth and Jessie’s gourmet breakfast is a feast of homemade goodies, with favourites including the Bay of Islands French Toast and the delicious Eggs Benedict. In the early evening, join the hostesses and the lodge’s other guests for local smoked fish canapés and pre-dinner drinks on the deck. Meanwhile, the adjoining Day Spa offers a wide range of massages, hydrotherapy treatments and body scrubs to relax and rejuvenate you.
