Home to stunning stilted bungalows over the sleepy lagoon, one step onto the pristine white beach and the real world soon slips away.

In the knowMake a wish at Vatu Tabu, an ancient and sacred wishing rock and just one of the many historical sites nearby, including Yadra Vula, a significant site of early Fijian habitation.

Hotel Overview

Where

In the Mamanuca archipelago, floating just off the west coast of the main island of Vitilevu.

Rooms at Likuliku

Flower-lined paths connect the beachfront bures at Likuliku, individual cabanas made from natural materials to blend in with the environment, all only steps from the clear waters of the lagoon. Here you’ll also find the only overwater bures in Fiji: beautiful stilted huts opening out to endless views of the turquoise sea.

Food and Facilities

Fijiana serves up the finest local and organic produce in an innovative and daily-changing menu that showcases fresh and light “cuisine of the sun”. Breakfast here is one of the best around, with juices made from freshly-plucked tropical fruits, homemade muesli and mudcrab omelette and the bar, Dua Tale, shakes up a mean coconut mojito. Tatadra Spa, translating to 'house of dreams', looks out over the lagoon and serves up a variety of traditional Fijian treatments and massages - we like the Twilight Tadra, a couples' package including massages and foot scrubs, followed by champagne and canapes as the night settles in.

Activities at Liku Liku

Windsurfing, game-fishing, snorkelling – take to the waters for every activity imaginable, although the diving is particularly spectacular; or get a lesson in local culture with a visit to a local village to learn more about the fascinating myths that surround Fiji’s past.
