Hotel Overview

Bordering Grampian’s National Park, 10 minutes away from Halls Gap and three hours from Melbourne.

Rooms at Boroka Downs

The five secluded residences at Boroka Downs offer the utmost in luxury and privacy. Handmade furniture, heated bathrooms, circular spas, fully-furnished kitchens and spacious living areas deem the residences homely; whilst the open log fires, roomy beds and double hammocks invoke a romantic ambience. Wake up to kangaroos and emus just outside your bedroom window, or watch the sunset through the glass walls at these unique properties.

Food and Facilities

Larder essentials and fresh fruit are already provided in the fully-equipped kitchens, but for a little more choice, ask for the Continental Breakfast Hamper for Two. A varied menu of Australian cuisine is available to order in too, so you can try cooking up some local delicacies.

Activities at Boroka Downs

Binoculars, rucksacks and mountain bikes are complimentary, so head out and explore the surrounding area with a homemade picnic; there’s plenty of Aussie wildlife to see, including kangaroos, wallabies and emus. The owners are also registered guides, and are available for private tours of the Grampians if you want to learn more about the area. Alternatively, Halls Gap is only a short drive away.
