As much Tasmanian product has been used in the preparation of the menu, and so depends on what fresh produce is available, but you can expect meals such as locally smoked salmon to start, roast Marbella chicken with creamy spinach mash and warm chick pea salad for the main course and a summer berry pudding with raspberry sauce to finish.
