Spicers Vineyard Estate is nestled in the peaceful surroundings of Hunter Valley, overlooking the Brokenback Mountains.

The 12 suites offer breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes, and are all furnished with king-sized beds, spa baths and cosy wood-burning fires - complete with complimentary marshmallows for you to toast. The ground-floor suites open onto a large veranda that overlooks the lawn, but if you’re looking for something a little more private, grab a suite on the first floor.

There is also the Vineyard's House, a luxurious retreat with four bedrooms, a wraparound veranda, an outdoor barbecue area and a large pool - perfect for a gathering of family and friends. 

Food & Drink

At Restaurant Botanica, wake up to an a la carte breakfast menu, complete with a fresh juice cocktail. For dinner, in summer, dine out on the patio, and in winter, see the same sweeping views behind floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Enjoy fresh Australian cuisine, overlooking the private vineyard, which has 500 vines. Naturally, the restaurant offers a superb wine list to accompany its delicious, contemporary menu.

There is a pool, a spa, a games pavilion and eight acres of vineyards for you to explore - take a stroll around them or borrow one of the complimentary bikes for a perfect way to get to know these beautiful surroundings.
