Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

The Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort sits on the border of northern Thailand, near Chiang Rai, where Thailand, Laos and Burma meet, looking out over the jungle.

Rooms at Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort

The resort's rooms and suites boast traditional Thai decor, teak floors and furnishings, and are finished with the finest Thai linens and silks. Balconies provide views of the landscaped gardens, tropical jungle and mountains beyond. Vintage luxury combines with modern amenities to ensure each room provides the ultimate in comfort and convenience. The suites have huge outdoor bathrooms and soaking tubs for two, although the hilltop infinity pool overlooking the valley is as good a place as any for a refreshing dip.

For a unique place to stay, spend the night in a Jungle Bubble. Set on raised decks in the jungle, these luxury air-conditioned pods, which come with a bedroom, living area and bathroom, are completely transparent - allowing you to look out at elephants from your bed. In the evening, enjoy a gourmet dinner under the stars.

Food & Drink

Exquisite Thai dishes and panoramic views can be enjoyed on Sala Mae Nam’s terrace, whilst the stylish Baan Dahlia serves the best of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. A selection of drinks, cocktails and bar food is available in the convivial surroundings of the Elephant Bar and Opium Terrace - watch the elephants saunter past and enjoy a cocktail alongside a gourmet burger.

Facilities

Be relaxed and revitalised by a range of traditional massages and treatments in the luxury spa, with its private steam rooms and soaking tubs.
