Rooms at the Satri House Hotel

The twenty-five light and airy rooms, comprising deluxe rooms, junior suites and full suites have terracotta or polished wooden floors and comfortable four-poster beds. Quality period furnishings enhance the colonial ambience, with fine silks and traditional Lao objet d’art adding luxurious finishing touches.

Food and Facilities

The Satri House Restaurant delivers traditional Lao cuisine as well as international dishes, and meals can be enjoyed in the gardens and courtyard which are candlelit in the evening. Drinks are served all day, which is handy when you’re relaxing by the hotel’s two outdoor pools.

Satri House’s spa complex offers traditional massage and a range of indulgent treatments. Explorers can take advantage of the free bicycles and enjoy a gentle pedal into town, to the Royal Palace Museum or to visit Luang Prabang’s thirty-plus historic temples. If it’s a little too warm for cycling, a leisurely cruise along the nearby Mekong river may be preferable.
