Hotel Overview

Sense of place

Occupying the top six floors of Tokyo's second tallest building, Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills affords spellbinding views of the glittering city from floor-to-ceiling windows and the capital's highest rooftop bar.

Rooms at Andaz

Rooms are generously sized, starting at 50sqm, with comfortable beds facing huge windows looking out over the sprawling city below. Elegantly designed with a blend of Japanese and European styles, they feature Japanese traditional bathrooms with sunken bathtubs, a central aspect of Japanese culture both past and present.

Food and drink

For dining, the Andaz features options to satisfy every taste. Andaz Tavern offers up gourmet European cuisine using seasonal Japanese ingredients, with artisan cheeses, natural ciders and whole baked Yamanashi chickens among the goodies on offer. Alternatively, you can feast on beer and burgers at BeBu down on the first floor, where a range of grilled meat and seafood is served up in an informal setting. Guests can enjoy complimentary refreshments in the lounge or head up to the rooftop terrace for cocktails to rub shoulders with Tokyo's hip young crowd. At the back of the rooftop bar, there’s a sushi bar where you can enjoy a traditional omakase selection accompanied by a range of sake and wines.

Facilities

The pool and spa on the 37th floor is not to be missed, complete with hot tubs, treatment rooms and a fitness centre. The hotel also has a pastry shop, where you can pick up a range of exquisitely presented baked goods and sweet treats.

Activities at Andaz

The Toranomon district, one of the oldest parts of Tokyo, is right on your doorstep and was the seat of power in Japan between the 17th and 19th centuries under the Tokugawa Shogunate. Historical landmarks nearby include the Atago Shrine, Zojoji Temple and Hamarikyu Gardens, and there are still many traditional craftsmen’s workshops open in the area where you can pick up a beautifully crafted souvenir.
