Hotel Overview

Where

Set within the traditional Balinese village of Tembok, on North East Bali’s exotic, black-sand coast.

Rooms at Spa Village Resort Tembok Bali

There are just 31 rooms at Spa Village Resort Tembok Bali, and to keep things totally tranquil, none of them have TVs. You'll have a spacious terrace (perfect for doing yoga in the mornings) enveloped by frangipani scented gardens, and with views of the land or sea. If you’d like to be even closer to the sea, and drift to sleep with the sound of waves crashing onto the sultry black sands, then stay in the spacious villas, which also have private plunge-pools.

Food and Facilities

So that you’re rejuvenated inside and out, the chefs use organic produce whenever possible, and source fresh fruit, veg, and seafood from local farmers and fishermen. All this goes into deliciously fragrant fusion cuisine, savoured beneath a thatched roof restaurant that’s high above the sea. If you’re after something a bit naughty after all the spiritual cleansing, there are plenty of exotic drinks to choose from. There's also a large indigo-tiled pool.

Activities at Spa Village Resort Tembok Bali

The activities at Spa Village Resort Tembok Bali are totally unique, and are tailor made for you. Choose from two therapeutic pathways for Balance or Vigour, benefiting from traditional Balinese treatments, yoga, and invigorating exercises to boost your fitness. We also love the creative workshops where you can immerse yourself in basket-weaving, wood carving, performing arts and drama. Then, if you can drag yourself away from the bubble at the spa village, there’s a wealth of inspiring things to do further afield, including a dive to a coral-covered ship-wreck, a sunset cruise to spot dolphins, and a trek to breathtaking waterfalls. When darkness falls, the perfect way to top off your day is gazing up at the stars, lying on a floating platform as tranquil music plays.
