Hotel Overview

Sense of place

Belmond Jimbaran Puri has a beautiful beachfront setting on Bali’s south coast.

Rooms at Belmond Jimbaran Puri

Nestled in Belmond Jimbaran Puri's pretty gardens are luxurious thatched-roof cottages and one and two-bedroomed pool villas, designed to resemble a traditional Balinese village, with beautiful views over the gardens and the bay. They are all exceptionally spacious and classic in style, with traditional Balinese art, rich teak woods, high wooden-beamed ceilings and and cool marble floors. Bathrooms come with stone tubs and outdoor showers, and some cottages and villas have their own private tropical gardens and pools.

Food & Drink

Dine on delicious Indonesian cuisine at the candlelit Tunjung restaurant, which also offers irresistible breakfasts of exotic fruit, tropical juices and pastries as well as meats and cheeses. Feast on fresh fish and Mediterranean favourites on the beach at the Nelayan restaurant as you watch the fishing boats out at sea and enjoy traditional music and dance performances. Afterwards, sip cocktails by the lantern-lit lotus ponds or at the pool bar by the beach.

You could also stroll along the beach to the excellent seafood warungs, and ask th
e friendly staff to guide you to Seminyak’s best restaurants and bars.

Facilities

Enjoy a dip in the infinity-edge freshwater pool, looking out over the bay, which has cascading water fountains, and there is also a children's pool. Pamper yourself with a massage at the heavenly beachside spa.

Activities at Belmond Jimbaran Puri

The calm waters of the bay make this an excellent spot for swimming and water sports, for all ages - and if you want to learn how to surf, you’re just a short boat ride away from some of the island’s best waves. Back on land, go mountain biking through the tropical landscape.

Walk by the seafront to Jimbaran and its colourful markets - explore the fish market before creating traditional dishes with your fresh seafood purchases on a cooking class. Another must in the south is watching the fire dancers at the Tanah Lot temple, which juts right out into the sea.

In the evening, head out in Belmond's luxury boat, the Dedari, to Uluwatu temple, and experience a traditional Balinese blessing. See the sun set over the Indian Ocean, and enjoy canapés and champagne as you take in the postcard-perfect views of the coastline.
