The Pottinger is located in central Hong Kong on a quirky street of the same name, also known as ‘Stone Slab Street’ for its distinctive ascent of cobblestone steps where street vendors sell all manner of costumes, props and masks – photographs of the street hang from the hotel’s walls.

ROOMS AT THE POTTINGER

The pastel-coloured murals of nightingales singing in cherry blossom trees in the beautifully-designed rooms and suites could not be more Chinese. They may have panoramic views of sky-scraping towers, but they are a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

FOOD & DRINK

The Gradini restaurant, which serves up delicious Italian dishes, is as popular with the guests as it is with the locals, and also has a bar which has a lively atmosphere in the evenings.
