Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

The Park Hyatt Siem Reap sits in the centre of the modern town of Siem Reap, around 5km south of Angkor Wat.

Rooms at Park Hyatt Siem Reap

The rooms and suites are stylish and spacious, with a refreshing neutral colour scheme, Khmer-inspired artworks, Italian white marble bathrooms and hi-tech gadgets such as fully loaded iPods: unwind listening to Bach in your outdoor bathtub. The floor-to-ceiling windows make the most of the views. The suites, including a rooftop suite on the top floor, are luxurious havens with private gardens and/or pools.

Food & Drink

The Dining Room, all elegant black and white marble, offers a fabulous seasonal Khmer menu showcasing distinctive local flavours, in additional to French favourites. If you have a sweet tooth, make a beeline for the Glasshouse, a deli-patisserie serving up freshly-baked pastries and homemade ice-cream.

Facilities

If you haven’t worked up an appetite absorbing the rich local culture and history, there’s a 24-hour fitness centre – but we recommend the excellent lotus-laden spa, which overlooks a lagoon-inspired infinity swimming pool and water garden, where the massages are addictive and utterly rejuvenating.

Activities at Park Hyatt Siem Reap

A visit to nearby Angkor Wat is of course a must, and you can also take a bike ride along forest trails and around rice fields to local markets, to sample fried banana, coconut rice balls and fresh sugar cane juice, before visiting pagodas and being blessed by monks in a special ceremony. Back at the hotel, enjoy a colourful cultural performance and a Khmer-inspired dinner in the courtyard.
