The Rosewood Phnom Penh occupies the top 14 floors of the soaring Vattanac Capital Tower, an iconic modern building in the capital, guaranteeing panoramic city and river views. The tower is the city’s tallest building and its first skyscraper, epitomising the development of modern-day Phnom Penh.
