The resort has its own jetty that you can step out on to take in the gorgeous scenery. You can even get a guided tour of the river to see the wildlife in the area including beautiful birds and water buffaloes. There’s also a traditional spa on the banks of the river, which utilises ancient medicinal herbs in its treatments, and a swimming pool to relax in after discovering the region’s sights.

As well as relaxing at the resort, explore the area’s star attraction, the numerous temples, which are scattered around the surrounding hillsides and are best visited at sunrise and sunset for spectacular views.
