Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

Moving around the Serengeti throughout the year, hot on the heels of the wildebeest migration.

Rooms at Serengeti Safari Camp

Guests at Serengeti Safari Camp stay in Meru-style tents with ensuite bathrooms and bucket showers. They’re comfortable and have a reassuringly traditional feel. There’s not much place for fussiness and fripperies here, just an incredible atmosphere that’s satisfying for the soul.

Food & Drink

Evening meals are eaten by the flicker of candlelight, and during the day, you’ll stop for a picnic out in the bush, so you don’t miss a moment’s action!

Facilities

The camp doesn’t move while you’re in it, instead, it remains on each site for a few weeks or months at a time. This means that you’ll get a full mess tent, with soft chairs to snooze on, and a small selection of books.

Activities at Serengeti Safari Camp

Game drives, game drives, game drives! While nature’s unpredictable, Serengeti Safari Camp tends to be in the thick of the action, so every day brings new drama. One of the great delights of staying here is having your own private guide, so each game drive will be all about trying to see exactly what you’re interested in.
