Hotel Overview

Where

The camps are located along the Sand River, within the Sabi Sand Game Reserve, Kruger National Park.

Rooms at Londolozi

There are five separate camps within the Londolozi concession, with something to suit everyone: Pioneer Camp - The 500 year old riverine forest provides the backdrop for the three exclusive suites at Pioneer Camp. With no children under 16 allowed, this camp is most suitable to couples. Founders Camp - This classic, child-friendly camp has just seven chalets that lie along the banks of the Sand River. Granite Suites - Three ultra-luxurious, contemporary suites, decorated in charcoals, silver and elephant grey, each with a private, heated swimming pool.  Granite Suites can be booked individually or as a private camp for six, making it perfect for honeymooners and small groups. (Children under 16 not permitted) Varty Camp - The heart of Londolozi, Varty Camp has ten chalets, each with a private pool overlooking the bush. This lodge is great for families. Tree Camp - Perfect for couples, Tree Camp has six elegant suites with swimming pools and private decks that look out to the river.

Food and facilities

Delicious, continental-fusion cuisine is served at each of the lodges. Guests are consulted by the chef to create the daily menus using home-grown organic produce and free range game. The fireside banquets and private dining at Londolozi are a real treat. Varty Camp also has a massage treatment room and library, available to all guests.

Activities at Londolozi

Two daily game drives, animal tracking, walking expeditions, fishing, yoga, massages and community visits, to name but a few. Children are extremely well catered for at Londolozi with a Cubs programme that provides a host of fun and educational activities for the little ones.
