Hotel Overview

Where

With direct access to the famous cliff paths of Hermanus, Ocean Eleven is a short walk to the Old Harbour and town centre, and a 30-minute walk to the New Harbour.

Rooms at Ocean Eleven Guest House

A wonderful Cape Cop style guesthouse, Ocean Eleven has 10 elegant and beautifully appointed rooms and suites, which are all sea-facing with en-suite bathrooms, contemporary artworks, plush beds and large windows. The main house has kept its traditional architecture with high ceilings, teak floors and plenty of natural light.

Food and facilities

The guesthouse is a B&B rather than a full-service hotel, but with easy-access to the wealth of fantastic restaurants in Hermanus, you can enjoy a divine breakfast of pancakes, fresh croissants and exotic fruits on the veranda by the glistening swimming pool before heading into the Whale Watching Capital of the World, for a stroll along the well-maintained paths towards the town centre.

Activities at Ocean Eleven Guest House

Without leaving the comfort of your room, you can see southern right whales frolic in the ocean but to really interact with the town’s giant sea creatures, hire a sea kayak, go on a boat cruise or slip beneath the waters and go shark-cage diving. If you’d prefer to stay on land, you can catch up on some light reading in the glorious African sun on the guesthouses sun loungers, test your swing on the beautiful golf courses or tour the picturesque wine estates that are just waiting to be discovered.
