Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

The chic and urban One&Only Cape Town has a perfect location on the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront.

Rooms at One&Only Cape Town

The stylish suites in the seven-storey Marina Rise have views of the landscaped private islands, Table Mountain or the working harbour. The Marina Rise rooms have magnificent private balconies offering the most spectacular views of Cape Town and the harbour, while the Island rooms are encompassed by waterways and have oversized outdoor patios. All the rooms showcase dark African wood features and striking contemporary art.

Food & Drink

Dine at Nobu, which is presided over by renowned master chef Nobu Matsuhisa and offers gourmet Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. We also highly recommend dining at the Isola restaurant, which sits by the pool on one of the hotel's two man-made islands at the centre of the resort and has a delicious menu of South African and Mediterranean cuisine, including wood-fired pizzas and fresh seafood.

Try one of the 5,000-plus wines in the wine loft (which we love!), and indulge further in the appropriately-named Vista Bar & Lounge, whilst taking in the most breathtaking views of Table Mountain - or retreat to complete privacy and treat yourself to delectable in-room dining.

Facilities

There is an impressive infinity-edge pool, and the excellent spa, on its own private island, offers world-class treatments in 12 treatment rooms, plus thermal suites, or you can simply enjoy a few lengths in the heated infinity-edge pool. Meanwhile, children will be well entertained at the kids club.

Activities at One&Only Cape Town

Explore the waterfront on the doorstep, explore local museums and galleries, stroll around serene botanical gardens, and further afield, visit local vineyards and sample some of South Africa's world-renowned vintages. For adrenaline-fuelled adventure, enjoy a personal surfing lesson, go shark-cage diving or embark on a thrilling wildlife safari.
