Ichingo Chobe River Lodge

Ichingo Chobe River Lodge is tucked away on the banks of the Chobe river, offering a peaceful sanctuary surrounded by nature and wildlife.

The traditional safari tents are dotted around the grounds of the lodge and positioned to offer views out to the river. Inside they are spacious with plenty of hardwood furnishings, large beds draped in mosquito nets and ensuite bathrooms at the rear. Air conditioning adds an extra touch of comfort to the tents whilst the shaded verandas at the front are a great spot for an afternoon siesta or even a private dinner to celebrate a special occasion.

Seasonal and locally sourced produce are used to create daily menus which can be enjoyed in the main dining area, overlooking the river, or at many of the private dining spots around the lodge.

The lounge and bar area, both of which command stunning views out to the Chobe River, are ideal places to relax and enjoy a lazy afternoon with a good book.

The lodge offers a variety of activities including game viewing boat trips, guided nature walks around Impalila Island, birdwatching trips and the opportunity for stargazing in the clear African night skies.
