This itinerary showcases Namibia at its raw, untamed best. From the capital Windhoek you will head in to the scorched desert of the NamiBrand Nature Reserve and the endless sea of red sand dunes at Sossusvlei, amongst the largest in the world. From there you fly north to the foreboding Skeleton Coast, a stunning part of the country that few visitors to the country get to enjoy. Then you will venture on in to the dusty dry Hoanib Valley; criss-crossed by dry riverbeds and loomed over by towering mountains.

1 nightWINDHOEK

Recover from your flight and spend the first night of your adventure in Namibia's capital, Windhoek, at the stunning Olive Exclusive. Here you will have a trip briefing then have time to unwind and enjoy dinner at the the Olive Restaurant, one of the best restaurants in the city.

3 nightsSOSSUSVLEI

Take a scenic flight south west towards the striking red dunes of Sossusvlei. Your base here will be the Little Kulala, nestled within the Kulala Wilderness Reserve. Take in your surroundings on quad bikes or gentle walks and in the mornings enjoy a visit to the dunes. Little Kuala has private access to Sossusvlei, meaning you can beat the crowds and get there for sunrise.

3 nightsSKELETON COAST

Head back to the skies and fly north to the remote Shipwreck Lodge. Beautifully designed to represent its name this lodge sits beautifully with its surroundings. From there you can explore the stunning Skeleton Coast, try out your photography skills with the shipwrecks dotted along the sands, go on nature drives and fish from the shore. Back at the lodge you can simply relax and take in the breathtaking views out to sea.

3 nightsSKELETON COAST

Staying near the Skeleton Coast you will fly into Hoanib Valley to stay at one of the remotest camps in Namibia, Hoanib Valley Camp. Overlooking a series of dry river beds there is an abundance of desert-adapted wildlife to be spotted. Head out on desert drives with an expert local guide in search of rhinos, giraffes, elephants and lions. There will also be the chance to visit a traditional Herero village and learn more about their culture, spend time with the giraffe conversation research team and stretch your legs on nature walks.

Enjoy a morning activity from Hoanib Valley followed by your last scenic flight over Nambia before your final night in Windhoek at the Olive Exclusive. Relax and reminisce on the stunning journey you have just experienced before catching your flight back home.
