Nuarro Lodge

The beautiful Baixo do Pinda Peninsula in northern Mozambique.

Built from local natural materials by local people, Nuarro consists of 12 luxury beachfront each placed along the dunes amongst thick vegetation for privacy and minimum environmental impact. Interiors are spacious and each chalet features a cozy bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers, as well as a large verandah with hammocks and sun loungers offering magnificent sea views.

Enjoy fresh seafood at the panoramic restaurant and cocktail bar, offering beautiful views onto Nanatha Island Rock and the bay beyond. Enjoy a post-dinner beverage in the sunken lounge area, or relax with a book at the lodge library.

With a combination of dramatic continental-shelf topography, excellent water visibility, coral and fish diversity and easy reef access, Nuarro offers world class shore diving for all levels. Additionally, its unique location provides an extensive array of other activities from whale watching (July to December), dhow sailing trips, sea kayaking, and picnic trips, to isolated beaches, mountain biking and local village visits.
