Rooms at Huntingdon House

The five suites at Huntingdon House are all decorated in the colonial style, with large roll-topped bathtubs. Each has its own character arising from its original use- there’s the Planter’s Suite (a visitor’s room), the Nursery (where Chip and Juliet grew up), the Chapel (now converted to a honeymoon suite), Mother’s Room and Father’s Room.

Food and Facilities

There’s a restaurant and bar, and for a small fee guests can make use of the facilities at the nearby Thyolo club, where there is a swimming pool, a small nine hole golf course, and tennis and squash courts.

Activities at Huntingdon House

The cool highlands provide the ideal climate for plenty of activities. There’s mountain biking and horse riding, quad bikes and hiking trails. For those who want to truly recreate the colonial experience, there is also a croquet set on the lawn.
