12 luxury tents are raised on wooden platforms with private decks overlooking the magnificent Okavango Delta. They have all the facilities you would expect from a 5 star hotel, four poster beds, teak floors, large en-suite bathrooms, discreet air-conditioning and a well-stocked mini bar.  The vast private suite is the ultimate in exclusivity with incredible views and its own private plunge pool.

Activities at Belmond Eagle Island Lodge

Belmond Eagle Island Lodge is primarily a water based camp and the main activities are mokoro (a traditional dug out canoe) or motorised boat trips in the surrounding lagoons.  Guests can enjoy a spectacular 45 minute private helicopter safari during their stay. Fishing can also be arranged and in the months of November to March, when the flood waters are lower there are game drives to the neighbouring islands.
