Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

Petit St Vincent sits on its own private island 40 miles south of St Vincent in the Grenadines and is a rather special hideaway, with over 100 acres of soft rolling hills, beautiful white-sand beaches and lush tropical landscapes.

Rooms at Petit St Vincent

The one-bedroom cottages and two-bedroom beach villas provide the perfect balance between wilderness and luxury. Some cling to the cliffs, others hide in the hillside, and some are so close to the water’s edge that you can hear the lap of every wave through your window. Inside, the driftwood furniture, seagrass rugs and exposed stonework reflect the stunning, unspoilt views, with accents that match the blues and greens of the ocean.

The best part is the lack of phones, TV or Wi-Fi, leaving you to lie back in your hammock, blissfully cut off from the rest of the world.

For an extra-special occasion with family and friends, you can book the whole island, exclusively for you!

Food & Drink

Petit St Vincent’s two restaurants, one on the hillside and one by the beach, have a relaxed but elegant feel, with a fresh and varied menu, and beautiful views over the sweeping lawns, the gardens and the nearby harbour. Mingle with the passing yachties at Goatie’s Bar, eating right on the waterfront and enjoying seafood barbecues and a signature rum punch.

The chefs at Petit St Vincent can prepare a gourmet picnic for you to eat anywhere on the island, and for the ultimate romantic dinner for two, head to the deserted sandbank 15 minutes offshore.

Facilities

Visit the hillside spa, where Balinese therapists will pamper you with rejuvenating treatments, using combinations of healing herbs, spices, plants and oils from the Caribbean and Asia. Treatments range from traditional back and foot massages to a Balinese warm stone deep massage.

The two open-air yoga pavilions offer the best opportunity for you to do your early morning yoga with a beautiful view of the beach.

Activities at Petit St Vincent

You’ll want to explore every inch of this tiny, verdant island, perhaps hiking up Marni Hill in the cool of the morning, or going for a jog around the island’s perimeter (that’s how small it is!). You can also stay active on the tennis court, while down at the beach house, you’ll find kayaks, Hobie Cats, snorkelling gear, and windsurfs to make the most of the permanently warm waters, with friendly staff on hand to show you the ropes, or head to the diving centre, where you can go on a guided dive.

Once you’ve explored Petit St Vincent, set sail on a classic sloop, and explore the neighbouring islands, including the snorkeller’s playground of Tobago Cays and the glamorous Mustique.
