Rooms onboard RV Orient Pandaw

The luxurious cabins are generously sized and decked out from floor to ceiling in rich teak wood panels, which, combined with the vintage light fittings and traditional artworks on the walls, gives them an air of colonial sophistication.

The beds are supremely comfortable and feature premium mattresses, while each cabin opens onto a veranda deck, where you can sit in wicker chairs and gaze out over the river. The private bathrooms feature natural stone showers and deluxe amenities, while there are kimonos and slippers for you to relax in.

Food & drink

In the stylish wood-panelled bar and dining room, an international team of expert chefs serves up a rotating menu of Indian, Asian and global dishes. Breakfast takes the form of a semi-buffet, with cooked options available to order as well as a wide variety of fresh fruit, pastries, bread and more, while lunch has similar format.

Dinner is the main event, with lavish multi-course offerings beginning each night with a round of canapés and cocktails. The seafood is particularly acclaimed, while there’s a long wine list to accompany your food. The bar is open 24 hours a day.
