Hone your diving skills and experience an underwater world as you never have before as you discover a side of the Maldives many visitors never get to see.

Rooms at Four Seasons Explorer

Take in ever-changing views of the pristine turquoise ocean from the comfort of your spacious and sunlit en-suite cabin. Whether you choose a State Room or the exclusive Explorer Suite (which comes with its own sun deck), the signature Four Seasons beds come as standard, with twice-daily housekeeping, contemporary teak furniture and high-tech amenities. Watch the Indian Ocean and islands by day and the star-dotted sky by night from the comfort of your bed, and, after an exhilarating day and an evening in lounge, relax with an in-room movie and a drink from your private bar.

Food & Drink

Your stay aboard Four Seasons Explorer includes all-inclusive dining, promising delicious a la carte breakfasts of fresh seasonal ingredients on the al fresco deck overlooking the mesmerising ocean. After a morning basking in the sun or enjoying water sports, retreat to the air-conditioned dining room or the cosy indoor bar and unwind on the cosy sofas with a cappuccino or some Champagne.

As night falls, the second open-air bar located on the lower sundeck becomes an ideal spot for admiring sunset views, or you can settle down for an atmospheric candlelit dinner accompanied by the Captain. For a more rustic dining option, hop off-shore to feast on barbecued dishes on powder-soft sand.

Facilities

There are plenty of inviting spaces to enjoy onboard. The lounge and library are full of books, magazines and board games, and are the place to view the day’s underwater highlights, courtesy of the resident videographer, with all-day drinks and refreshments on offer. Outside, there are large sundecks with plenty of space to unwind as you bask in the glorious sunshine, or head to the upper-deck treatment area for a blissfully relaxing herbal oil-infused massage.

Activities at Four Seasons Explorer

Four Seasons Explorer is a beach lover’s heaven, with constant beach games and picnics on uninhabited islands. On the water, you can take part in snorkelling adventures with expert marine biologists, plus a plethora of water sport activities, such as kayaking, waterskiing and wakeboarding.

For those looking to explore the depths of the ocean, all cruises include a minimum of three dives a day with PADI-certified instructors in some of the country’s most extraordinary dive sites. Head out on a dhoni (a traditional Maldivian boat) to try your hand at sunset fishing or glide along the secluded coastline in a kayak keeping an eye out for pods of dolphin – the choice is yours.
