Abadia Retuerta LeDomaine

Abadia Retuerta Le Domaine is located in the wine region of Ribera del Duero in the province of Castilla y León, northern Spain.

The rooms and suites are luxurious, colourful and contemporary while retaining a sense of monastic tranquillity- they are soundproof and feature oak floors, tailor-made walnut furniture, stucco walls and bathrooms of stone, mosaic and Carrara marble. At sunset, head to your private balcony or garden to enjoy the expansive views of vineyards and the surrounding lush green countryside with a glass of wine.

The Michelin-starred Refectorio, housed in the former refectory where monks ate their meals, makes the most of vegetables and herbs grown in the estate’s gardens and fresh produce from local farmers. The exquisite cuisine is best enjoyed with wines from the estate and the old monks’ winery, which includes hand-picked local and international vintages. Tuck into tapas at Vinoteca, or take in the stunning setting and the culinary delights of Jardin del Claustro. 

Santuario LeDomaine Wellness & Spa not only uses a wide range of high-end brands in the treatments it also has a unique water quality, similar to natural mineral water, only found at the spa. 

Included as an option in the treatments is a Spa Sommelier, a first in the spa industry, where specific treatments for guests are recommended after a tasting ritual involving a variety of wines from the Abadia Retuerta Winery. 

Go hiking, cycling or horse-riding, or visit the Hedge Museum, which features the distinctive stone artworks of contemporary artist Ulrich Rückriem. Back at the hotel, indulge in yoga or a massage.
