Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay is right by Talamanca Beach. With everything you need on your doorstep, it’s tempting to not set foot out of the resort, but be certain to explore the pretty alleyways of Ibiza Town, 6km away, as well as the nearby nightspots of Marina Botafoch.

Rooms at Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay

Nobu Hotel’s rooms are stylish and luxurious yet refreshingly informal. The beach scenes outside your window are reflected in the design, with a sandy colour scheme and splashes of blue and green in the cushions and decorative features. Artwork by local Ibiza artists adorns the walls, and views of the ocean or the hotel gardens can be enjoyed from your private terrace. The opulent bathrooms are decked out in Persian marble and feature luxurious rainshowers.

Food & Drink

A range of dining options are on offer here, starting with the eponymous Nobu restaurant, where delicious Japanese fusion cuisine is served up – sample dishes include yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno and black cod miso. Chambao is the hotel’s chiringuito – a Spanish beach shack – where fresh seafood dishes are served alongside jugfuls of sangria, while Celicioso serves gluten-free meals and healthy smoothies. Finally, modern Mexican cuisine is on the menu at Peyotito, along with a wide range of tequila and mezcal cocktails.

Meanwhile, the well-stocked Pool Bar means you won’t have to travel far from your sunlounger to quench your thirst – enjoy a refreshing drink or two accompanied by sushi and other light bites.

Facilities

Indulge in a range of restorative treatments at the spa, from Zen and bamboo massages to seaweed masks and body wraps, while beauty treatments are available at the resort’s nail bar and hair salon. Yoga sessions are also on offer, and there’s a well-equipped fitness centre. For a souvenir of your holiday, you can buy local artworks and organic products in the hotel’s boutique.

Activities at Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay

The hotel has direct access to the beach as well as two outdoor swimming pools to relax by, so it’s well suited to sun worshippers. There is also a kids club if you're travelling with the family, offering everything from pirate and mermaid schools to cookery classes.

You’d be forgiven for doing little more than lounging on the sand or by the pool, but more active excursions include historic walks through nearby Ibiza Town and guided hikes and bike rides taking in the flora and fauna of the island’s beautiful countryside. Meanwhile, the hippie haven of Formentera, once home to Joni Mitchell and Bob Dylan, lies a short ferry ride away.
